Missing my mother-in-law

My name is Joanne. I lost my mother-in-law 11/30/15.  She was diagnosed with brain cancer.  I feel lost. I have a 17 year old daughter who was so close with her who is struggling herself.  There are no support groups in my area to reach out to.   I have been with my husband almost 30 years, so she has been in my life for almost 30 years.  She was more than a mother-in-law. Just feel lost sometimes.

I am sorry for your loss, it does help to talk about it.  My MIL was my best friend and the mother I always wanted.  I took care of her when she was bedridden with cancer for nearly three years.  Some people are just irreplaceable and it sounds like she is that to you as mine was to me.
