Then, when I got to work, I found out that a Co-worker has lost her fight against cancer. She had been with our company for over 20yrs. so she was loved by many. People were sharing stories about her and crying all day. I've been re-livng all day all that happened to my son and his brief stay in Hospice. She too had been in Hospice so of course I thought about Jon's time there. Just a really sad day. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have learned that grief is cumulative, so each time we grieve, we seem to relive the losses we have had to endure. It was for this reason that my family literally forbade me to attend my aunt's funeral, as well as a friend's after losing Cliff. Please go gentle on yourself now, you need to be able to grieve and reflect, to have time. I fear that you will not get this time my friend, but please try.
