"Light Up A Life" set for Sunday, November 20 Hospice of the Valley's annual "Light Up A Life" remembrance event takes place at 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 at Steele Indian School Park in Phoenix. Everyone is welcome to participate. To submit a photo of a deceased loved one to be included in the photo slide show, click here. The deadline to submit photos is Wednesday, November 9. Pet therapy volunteers needed in West Valley Hospice of the Valley is seeking pet therapy volunteers to visit with patients and families in the West Valley. An informational workshop is scheduled for 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5 at Hospice of the Valley, 9435 W. Peoria Ave. in Peoria. Registered pet teams will be on hand for demonstrations. annette85035 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Share Posted November 21, 2011 I forgot and didn't send in my mothers photo to the "light up a life" that took place this evening. But I made up a beautiful photo of her in a picture frame to take this evening-but my father ..again..didn't want to go. I feel so bad not being able to attend and honor my mother!
