I have often wished that instead of Odette and Siegfried ascending to the heavens together in the Swan Lake finale that life could imitate art and it would have been Deedo's and my finale.  C'set la vie.  The ending of this dance is well worth watching.  For those unfamiliar with the story Siegfried sacrifices his life to be with Odette in death rather than without her in life.

Dear Brad,

this is the best piano version I´ve heard lately and I dedicate it to you as I know that you love it so.

It is true Russian soul coming out in this piece.

It is...anyway so close to me...Slavic souls are similar so much...it sounds in my soul with every beat of my heart...expressing those emotions I feel inside of me...it is amazing!!!

Janka -

This one is for you from your fellow countryman Antonin Dvorák.  Close your eyes, grab your beloved Jan, and waltz around your living room. :D It should get your Slavic soul smiling.

This is my favorite Rachmaninoff piece. I particularly love the story about how it came about.

Thank you. Sadly Deedo did not enjoy Classical music as it made her sad. She did enjoy the Nutcracket Ballet though.
