  1. Tinkerbell, My condolences. I know how you feel. I just lost my beloved Pomeranian, Sweetie, last Wednesday, January 4th in a tragic accident-she drown. I have got no idea what happened. I just went out into the back yard with a light and for whatever reason I looked in the fountain & found her. I'm like you & miss my Sweetie terribly. I think your Bili & my Sweetie are up at the Rainbow Bridge together. They are at peace. They have no pain or suffering. I want to eventually get another Pomeranian, but not right now. I'm not ready quite yet. I want my Standard Poodle to get a little older before I get another pet. I need my Sammie girl to settle down a little bit before I bring another dog into the house.
  2. Dear Tina, I understand how you feel! I just lost my dear sweet pomeranian, Sweetie, who was also my baby, and the first dog I've had pass away as an adult. But what really hurts is how she died...in my fountain in the back yard. I lost her Wednesday, January 4, 2006. My next door neighbors were quick to come over and help & console me. I've got a hole in my heart the size of Texas right now. Like you, I have other dogs, too. That helps a little, but they don't take the place of the pet you've lost. The amount of time we have with our pets is NEVER long enough. My precious pommie was abused stray found wondering the streets around Ft. Collins, CO by animal control.
  3. My friend, First, my condolences on the loss of your good friend. I just lost my sweet little pommie girl on Wednesday, January 4, 2006. I understand what you have been going through. I thought I was the only one who had feelings about wanting to die. I hope your doing better now. I struggle with her loss and ask "Why did she have to go this way?" I hope your pain is easing somewhat, now.
  4. You have my condolences. I just lost my beloved pommie, Sweetie, on January 4, 2006 to drowning. I don't know what happened, but I went into the back yard looking for her and found her in the fountain. This is the 3rd pet I have lost during the holidays. I know that January 4, 2007 will be difficult for me. I am attempting to cope day by day, but it's difficult to look into the back yard and having to look at the fountain. She also LOVED to lay in the back yard under the lemon tree.
  5. Hello, everybody. I am new to this site, and am seeking some support due to the loss of my little pommie, Sweetie. She did not come into the house Wednesday evening, so I went outside with a light looking for her, and I found her in the foundain, drowned. Thank God I have a neighbor who came over that evening to help with her remains.
