she had a good run,like her life was a race. she is in a better place. maybe safer. you have to let her go. she is already gone.

I have lost many family members in my life & the grief can be unbearable at times.You never get over missing them, it just some how grows less painful with time or maybe we just get numb to it. Recently my best friend has died,suddenly without any explanation of why.I just can't get a handle on this. You know the saying "You pick your freinds not your family."the meaning of that is so true.Our lifes where intertwined that trying to unravel has become UNBEARABLE. Knowing why my friend has died,will it make it easier or worse? I don't know if I want to know why.
