Don, Just wanted to let you know that even five years later things can trigger odd reactions...happened to me Saturday. I saw a friend I haven't seen since the funeral(five years ago August31)and my stomach did the whole butterfly thing...I was able to tell him I was ok though and didn't even get teary eyed....Putting all the pieces together from a broken heart can take lots of time...take care.

To all those who are down today before I let myself get too down I MAKE myself get up and get one thing accomplished...just one thing makes the difference...even if I feel like I'm in a fog while I'm doing whatever it is I know that I'm not totally lost. I hope you can feel better, I will keep you in my thoughts...

starkiss, I am the same way...I just sit there with other people unable to talk with a huge lump in my throat but shed no tears but I do cry alone, a lot...I don't know why, I guess it would be like letting my guard down or something...hope you are having a good day.
