  1. I was 20 with a sister of 17 and brother of 14 when my mother died of cancer in 2011 I saw your story now because I’m only seeking help to grieve now 8 years later... I have had to hold it together for my younger siblings and EVERY SINGLE THING you said you are feeling is EXACTLY what I am feeling. It’s terrible and scary and heartbreaking and nobody understands because how do you explain it 8 years later? I feel like I am also going crazy. The anxiety and negative thoughts about everything is so real. Ever since her death I think of the worst first in every possible situation. I have a 3 year old son which is watching me and I feel I cannot hold myself up anymore. My younger brother has turned into such and angry person and my younger sister is going through depression... I feel I’ve failed and I have no idea what to do because my mother is gone and she’s not here to tell us what to do next!
