  1. Tuesday night I had to put my beloved kitty to sleep. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I can't compare the hurt with anything I have ever experieced, and I have in my forty years gone through my share of sad, tragic and heart breaking times. I think partly, having Meow Meow for 17+ years, we grew up together. She was with me through all the ups and downs in my life that it is unimaginable that she is actually gone. I guess it gives me some comfort knowing she lived a full and happy life. Totally healthy up until a month ago. So I am trying to focus on how lucky I was to be her owner and to have had her in my life for all these years. I will always miss her. For now I will take my time to grieve and hope the pain will ease. She was such a gift and am so grateful for her unconditional love. My heart goes out to all of you who have or are going through losing a pet. In memory of my Meow Meow 11-91 -7-22-08[attachmentid=308]
