I haven't posted since I first had my baby in the summer. I've missed everyone on this forum who had been so supportive of me when my boyfriend died in February of 2009. It's been a long and hard journey for me and still continues to be but my baby girl definitely keeps me busy so I don't have the chance to really be as sad as I was when I was still pregnant with Tabitha. There have been so many times I wanted to post but either I didn't have the time or when I did I couldn't think of anything to write.

I hope the people that are on here are doing better these days. I see a lot of new people on this forum and that makes me sad to know more and more people are going through what we all already have been through. It is so hard to lose someone you care about, your heart and soul, your other half, die. This site has definitely helped me through my worst. I still have those moments where I still can't believe I am living without Marc and I wish I didn't have to because it's so hard to go on. I truly feel for everyone on this site especially the ones who have just recently lost their partners because I think the first year is really the hardest- well at least it was for me. Well I have to go for now, take care everyone.

Here is a recent pic of my little angel, she is already 9 months old! post-12833-127213431488_thumb.jpg

Talia,

How adorable and beautiful your daughter is! She must be a real source of joy and great incentive for getting up in the morning! We wish you well!

Talia:

Your were one of the first posts I read when I came to this forum last July, and your story broke my heart and struck so close to home. My husband died when our first baby girl was only 4.5 months old.

It is wonderful to hear from you. Have you found that your daughter has been the reason to get up in the morning. That's certainly the way it has been for me. She is the love of my life. Tabitha is a beautiful little girl.

I was so glad when I got on tonight and you had posted. What a cutie that Tabitha is. I am sure she adds so much sunshine to your dismal days. I am assuming you are back to work and wonder how that is going? Weren't you moving in with your sister? Take care and give that precious little one hugs and kisses from all her hov "aunts and uncles".
