I understand the feeling of both very well. I will forever grieve my son also, and also my dear husband. Few people care to talk to you when they hear the word suicide. I totally agree that few people want to talk to you when they here the word suicide. I am just so sorry Marion. Reading, painting, writing, are healthy ways of coping for me. Sometimes when driving I will just scream at the top of my lungs. Thank you for the invite to email. I am scheduled for surgery on the 8th, so will be away from my computer for a bit.
