DaddysBuddy
I am new to this board. I am looking for resources online to better cope with my loss. My dad just died on June 5th from cancer. I am a total daddy's girl and miss him so much. I don't know what to do. I have never experienced a death in the family before, well of a close member... and I have never had to go through the grieving process before. I don't know what to expect, I don't know how I am suppose to feel ... I think I am still in shock or denial. Any help or advice would be great. Guest SSStowe
Mom died June 3rd. She was 87 years old and I am 62. One would think that grief would be fleeting at this loss so late in life. Not! I am devastated, crying buckets every day, unable to crawl back into the daily routine of life. I am an artist who has not picked up a brush since Mom's last hospitalization on April 14th. I am thinking of going to one of the local grief support meetings tonight. Have any of you participated?Susan Stowe
