mfh
Marty, the "permission to mourn" certificate you posted on the Grief Healing blog is a great education tool. I am going to post it on my Facebook page for the public. I filled it out with the names of some friends who are grieving and sent it to them suggesting they do the same for those who surround them....I think it is a low key non-threatening way to give people a message about how we deal with grief in our country. Thanks for sharing that. I altered it a bit and made it general as opposed to tied to Christmas. http://www.griefheal...rief+Healing%29 Thanks, Mary

mfh
I just got an email from one of my watercolor teachers saying the Permission to Grieve Certificate will come in handy for her soon as someone very close to her is dying. She thanked me for it. Someday, maybe in our lifetime, we won't need certificates...to grieve . You are one of the people who are helping to bring that about. kayc
I think it's a great idea! I wish someone had thought of that way back when I lost George.
