enna Posted September 15, 2012 Report Share Posted September 15, 2012 Hello, Arlene, I think tears help in our stress level and most times they always come when we don't want them to come but they do make us feel better - you are too early in your grief journey to be surprised that it hurts more now than it did a few months ago. You are probably coming out of the shock stage. I am so sorry that you are having health problems - the last thing you need to do is loose weight! I know we don't live close but you can e-mail me.
