R.Everit55
Listening to my bride's and my favorite songs thru the years both hurt and comfort if that makes any sense. I also listen to meditation music and nature sounds. Butch
enna
This website has many songs that help the grieving heart. There are many who find music to be very healing. The below link is one Marty has put together for us and I still go to it for comfort.http://www.griefhealingblog.com/2009/12/grief-songs-music-for-grieving-heart.html Anne
kayc
My son made a wedding CD for George and I when we got married, it had most of "our songs" on it (we had many). I've gone through times of listening to it or avoiding it, depending on whether it brought me comfort or pain at the time. But always, the songs will be special to me. debi.williams
My husband always had music playing in the car. I can't listen to anything at the moment all music seems to make me sad.

Guest
Deedo didn't necessarily appreciate my eclectic taste in music everything from classical to jazz to rock to pop; I love them all. When we were in the car together we were too busy talking and music was a distraction so we rarely listened then. That's one trigger that I'm avoiding for the most part.
