    Hi Aquarius7. I too have trouble sleeping at night. I lost my Mom sept. 2010. I was her primary caregiver for 2 years. I think I just slept when she did. I have yet to get back to a normal sleeping pattern. I think about her always. We were very close!!! Lost my Dad it will be 24 years in june. Was caregiver for him as well.
