Why Can I Not Cry ? I Think It Is Because Of Being Called A Cry Baby

Hi All,

I think that some days I just wish I could let it all out and get on with it, I cry but I stop myself and than I feel awful because I know that I should have cried more... I figure it has to because I was always told that when I cried I was a cry baby.. SO now I can not cry all but a few minutes and I feel like I really need to let go... How does one change this?
