Funnyface, I am terribly sorry for your loss. I cannot totally relate just yet though I will be involved in the same thing very soon I am sure. My grandmother passed yesterday, and my mother almost 2 years ago. Both my mother and grandmother raised me in my family home. My grandmother has a second mortgage on the house and no one in the immediate family can afford to take the note on. I certainly wish that I could. The bank is going to get the house back.
