    Hi Dwayne. Bithdays aren't as good as they used to be, are they? It's great to know we share the date - it will be something positive for me to think about as the day gets closer. I enjoy reading your posts and hope that things slowly improve. It's nearly two years since my husband died suddenly and I'm only now just starting to feel reasonably OK. Keep in touch...Sue
