Today marks one year since D ended his life. He is missed beyond measure.
Somehow making it through this month with a smile on my face, but inside I am hurting. How is this my life?! I miss you so much, D.

Went to the psychiatrist today, and was prescribed new meds. Thinking about finding one with higher reviews, as I don't feel I received any constructive feedback from him.
