I heard this song many times, However the words clearly have a much deeper meaning for me now. Just wanted to share in hopes listening to it comforts another. The title slips my mind right now, but there's a line that says, "If home is where your heart is, then I'm all alone", "Lord, give me strength to make it through somehow."
