Update

Just wanted to give you an update.

I have been in therapy for five months now and things are starting to feel better. I still miss my dad so much - he was my rock, but like my therapist says dad is in my heart and I can talk to him everyday - which is something I never thought of. I talk to dad all the time, sometimes more than twice. I ask him for advice or just talk about my day.

I am also working through the abuse I suffered from my brother, mother and past relationships. Somedays the pain is so much since not ever dealing with my past. But I am very much confident that eventually I will be ok.

I have a great therapist who is helping me and who praises me when I am feeling so down on myself.
