Mary, I'm like Anne, it would be such a honor to have you as my friend. I hope you're able to get some rest tonight. Will be thinking of you and your friend. Loved the picture of Autumn! Peace and love, Pam

Can the child in my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changin' ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?
I don't know
Well, I've been afraid of changin'
Cause I built my life around you
I have heard this song(Landslide,Fleetwood Mac)several times on the radio this week, makes me think every time I hear it. This is for all of us...
Peace and love

Aww, that poem truly shows how much he loves you, as you always end your posts with the word "peace," I hope you find some measure of peace knowing Bill's love for you still continues. Peace and love to you today and every day, Pam

Mary, I'm sending warm hugs your way and I hope you feel all the caring and understanding we all envelop you with. Love, Pam

Dave, I would have rushed to your aid, after.... laughing uncontrollably for several minutes, I'm sure! : )Love, Pam

Dave, so strange; Harv's favorite mare's name was Fancy. We had to put her down last February during a bad ice storm that took down some fence and she got out and was hit by a truck. It was so, so, so sad. I hope your Fancy comes out of this ok. Love, Pam I attached a pic of all the horses before that terrible accident happened

Simply, truthful. Thank you so much for sharing this. Love, Pam

Dave, I wanted to talk to you today, but am just now on the way home and have not had a moment alone all day. I've been thinking of you today and hope you have a peaceful night. Love and hugs, Pam

Dear friend, just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you today. Love, Pam

That so sounds like something I would do, call back and offer to come in if no one is available to cover. I'm so glad you were able to stay home another day. I understand how you feel- missing Mike for so many reasons. I just found last years Valentine card from Harv. Feeling extra lonely tonight. Love, Pam

Mary, for you and all of us; hope we have a better today than yesterday and a better tomorrow than today. Peace and love, Pam

Aww Dave, I'm so happy for you! Have a wonderful Christmas with your family, my friend. Love and hugs, Pam

Susie Q, wow, everything you wrote is like I wrote it myself. I feel and do the same things. I even called in sick twice this semester because I just didn't have the strength to get up and get dressed and both times I just layed around and cried or slept and both times I felt re-energized the following day. It works for me. Peace and love to all, Pam

Harry, I've been thinking of you and wanted to make sure you're doing ok at the moment. Peace and hugs, Pam

Jeanie, I assure you, you are not crazy. I've done and felt everything you wrote about and probably many others here have too. I send private messages to my Harv's Facebook and I always check to see if he replied. It's been six months now since his death( there, I said it. Not passing or lost him) and I understand everything you're feeling. I send you warm hugs. Love, Pam

Jeanie, I'm so sorry for your loss. My husband's passing was totally unexpected also. Sometimes, I think we're all suffering from PTSD. How unexpected triggers can take us down into the black hole. I'm so sorry you had to join our group, but you will find an outstanding group of honest, warm and comforting souls here. I wish for you moments of peace and quiet. That's about all we can do sometimes, moment to moment. Love and hugs, Pam

I agree with Mary, you are one brave lady. I hope for you some measure of peace while there at the house you had so many plans for. Peace and love, Pam

Dave, it was so good to visit with you last night! I'm happy for you that you are feeling good at this moment. Peace and love, Pam

Thank you Mary, this is my first Christmas and every where I go I see happy couples and I'm so jealous. It's just been a bad week. I'll be thinking of everyone on this forum and wishing peace for us all

I wish I was as eloquent as everyone else. I just don't have any words, only a throat closing, heart hurting sadness that I can't escape. I just miss him so much

Harry, I am thinking of you as you make this very enlightened transition. Many times, from your writings, I could sense the weariness in your soul and I hope you are able to find peace and comfort. Love and hugs, Pam

Thank you all so much for your insight. Marty, after reading your post, I decided to focus on our life together and not worry so much about things that I possibly may never know the answer to. I feel so much better and thank you all! Peace and hugs, Pam p.s. Susie Q-it sounds like your husband's neurologist was a very kind Dr. I'm so glad for you that he was able to make you feel more at peace.

Dave, I truly hope you didn't think I didn't appreciate your response. I did, I'm just trying to work thru this. As always, your insight is very comforting to me. Mary, thank you. You gave me another view to consider. I already feel some better just knowing you guys are out there when I need you. Peace and hugs to all of us, Pam
