You remember the day when it was all so new

Sitting and talking as if the world revolved around just you two

At times the sky seemed so blue

Never dreaming it would turn to gloom

Day after day I remember the special moments.

Forgive and forget is what I have done,

Only to remember what was inside of my true love

Remembering the man he truly was

Even though he is gone, a part of him will go on.

Very rare was the love we had
