Kat, you are most welcome. To insert a link in your post, just go to the toolbar that appears just above the empty post box (where you see the buttons labeled B I U S etc.). Hover your mouse over the button next to the smiley face and you will see "Insert link." Click on that, and a box will pop up telling you how to insert a link. Give it a try, and see how it works for you!
