Thank you!  The "How's that working out for you?" is snarky but one I try to ask myself daily.  Every time I try a new distractor; looking at my daily routine; interacting with others; when I put on masks and when I don't, these are the times I'm looking at if it helps or not.  When I don't like the status quo then I am looking for change.  Sometimes the changes help, other times not so much.  And as always, as frustrating as it can be, I am slowly learning patience: patience with myself and more importantly, patience with others.
